jiy9 Terms & Conditions

To register and use a jiy9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is firm and non-negotiable. jiy9 will request proof of age (government-issued ID, national ID card, or passport) if there is any doubt as to a user's age.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not register player accounts). You must register using your own true and accurate identity. Using a false name, borrowed identity, or another person's payment details is prohibited.
• You must not be accessing jiy9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of using jiy9 in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player under any form of account restriction imposed by jiy9. If you have previously self-excluded from jiy9 and that exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to register a new account.

jiy9 reserves the right to verify any eligibility requirement at any time, including after account creation. Where a User is found to be ineligible, jiy9 may suspend or permanently close the account and void any associated bets, bonuses, or withdrawal requests pending at the time of suspension.

To register a jiy9 account, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2. Each mobile number may be associated with only one jiy9 account. Attempting to register multiple accounts using the same mobile number, using number spoofing tools, or using another person's mobile number without their consent is prohibited and will result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify jiy9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. jiy9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

• Account information must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. jiy9 may request documentation to verify any account detail.
• jiy9 may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, provided that any balance legitimately held in the account at the time of closure is returned to the account holder.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jiy9 account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

All financial transactions on jiy9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jiy9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the User's own name. jiy9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing a withdrawal, jiy9 may require identity verification (KYC) to comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

• jiy9 will not be liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) or by telecommunications network interruptions in Bangladesh. Estimated processing times are provided as a guide only.
• Deposits made to a jiy9 account must be used for gaming activity. jiy9 reserves the right to void a deposit and return funds if it reasonably believes the deposit was made in error or with no genuine intent to place wagers.
• Chargeback requests raised with a payment provider (bKash, Nagad, card issuer, etc.) in respect of a jiy9 transaction constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. jiy9 will close the account and pursue recovery of any funds improperly recovered by chargeback.
• jiy9 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures to large transactions or accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Users may be asked to provide documentation to support their transaction history.

jiy9 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is offered. Any foreign currency amounts quoted in promotional or marketing materials are approximations only and the binding transaction amount is always the BDT figure displayed at the time of the transaction.

jiy9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount in BDT (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 of total qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• jiy9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account, or to modify the terms of a promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are issued to individual player accounts and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jiy9 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited or attempted to exploit a promotion in bad faith, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or the placement of offsetting bets designed to deplete wagering requirements without genuine game risk.

Bonus winnings that exceed any stated maximum bonus win cap will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing. Maximum win caps, where applicable, are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are advised to read all promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus.

jiy9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help players manage their gaming activity. jiy9 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jiy9 account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, jiy9 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiy9 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games, or sharing information about live dealer hands in real time.
• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud jiy9, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, unauthorised chargebacks, or deliberate exploitation of software errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the jiy9 platform in a manner not authorised by jiy9.
• Money laundering: Using jiy9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward jiy9 staff, support agents, or other users of the platform through any communication channel.

jiy9's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process. Where jiy9 has suffered financial loss as a result of prohibited conduct, jiy9 reserves the right to seek recovery of that loss through all available legal means.

All content available on the jiy9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of jiy9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the jiy9 platform without the prior written consent of jiy9. Unauthorised use of jiy9's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiy9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial loss. jiy9's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiy9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jiy9 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, jiy9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiy9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside jiy9's reasonable control.

jiy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiy9 will provide notice of the changes by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jiy9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support at [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jiy9 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jiy9's internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body or competent court of the applicable jurisdiction. jiy9's internal complaints process can be initiated by contacting support at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint.
